We are growing again! Momentum Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is adding a new location to serve even more people in the San Antonio area. The newest location is at 281 and Evans Road in the Stone Ridge Market shopping center and will be open to the public on October 14th.
Conveniently located east of the often traffic filled Stone Oak area, the 281 and Evans clinic offers an easy to get to location near the H-E-B Plus at 281 and Evans. This growing area of town has transformed over the past few years and the healthcare needs grew just as quickly as the population.
