Located near the intersection of Highway 181 and Country Road 405, the Momentum’s Floresville physical therapy clinic is located at 2004 10th Street (Hwy. 181), Floresville, TX 78114.
South Texas Premier Therapy Owner, Kara Goode, has been a physical therapist for more than 13 years, receiving her degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2001 and her Orthopedic Specialty Certification in 2004. In addition to her specialized knowledge in orthopedics, she also is experienced in treating geriatric patients. We are excited to bring her into the Momentum family as the Clinic Director.
