Prayer Requests

At Momentum Physical Therapy, our goal is to get you healthy for life. There are several sides to recovery and we understand that improving physical health isn’t the only way to help our patients. Our team welcomes your prayer requests.

“Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart.” Philippians 4:6 (Good News Bible).

It is your choice to provide a name and email address for your prayer request.  Requests submitted without name/email address will still be prayed over. All requests received are kept confidential. None of the information you submit here will be shared outside of our prayer team. We will pray over each prayer request for 2 weeks. Should you wish for us to pray longer than the 2 weeks, please submit an additional request using this form.
