DPT

Many of the physical therapists at Momentum Physical Therapy hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Due to the increased educational requirements and to promote research in the physical therapy profession, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) stated their goal that, “by 2020, all physical therapy will be provided by physical therapists who are doctors of physical therapy.”
