About

INSPIRED BY MOVEMENT

Running faster, jumping higher and performing better; I have always been fascinated with the way the human body moves and performs. As an athlete, I became extremely interested in how the body recovers from injury, the role of rehabilitation in the healing process, and the science behind preventing future injuries. From my perspective as an athlete, I highly respected people who helped individuals return to their prior level of performance and beyond. So, it seemed inescapable I would end up in the physical therapy profession. I am here to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and get them back to being an active player in the game of life.

GUIDED BY THE PATIENT

In order to provide the best, evidence-based care to patients, I have continued to learn advanced manual therapy techniques and keep up with the most current research. Through advanced manual therapy training, I can combine hands-on treatments with other proven methods of therapy to best meet each patient’s needs. Having been through my own injuries, I empathize with each patient’s healing journey. With a background rooted in sports, coaching and education; my goal is to help each person take control of their own rehabilitation and get them healthy as quickly and as safely as possible.

GIVING BACK

Born and raised in a small town in West Texas; I have experienced, first-hand-, the positive effect a community can have on an individual. I believe in giving back to communities and feel the greatest gift anyone can give is their time. I choose to dedicate time volunteering, mentoring youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters and it feels great to spend time with those people who had an influence on my life as well as helping motivate other individuals. I feel it is my duty to actively seek out opportunities to assist the community where I work and live to continue bettering the community.
